Group classes are a fun way to get fit in a social setting. We provide an extensive selection of group classes across the week – excluding Sundays. From Slow Flow Yoga and Zumba to Boxing and Bootcamp, there is a group class that will fit your fitness levels and personal style – whatever they are.
